Craving for crispy chicken took me to KFC, and the visit was totally worth it. The outlet was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable seating area. The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just the way it should be. The staff was polite and handled orders quickly, even when there were many customers. Ordering was simple, and the waiting time was reasonable. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely visit again when I’m in the mood for good fast food. I am extremely disappointed to report the unprofessional conduct at your KFC Sakinaka outlet in Mumbai. Today (15/02/2025) I visited the store at 11:00 AM, which is the officially displayed opening time. To my shock, the staff informed me that the outlet would require an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour to open. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of operational discipline. If the store is not prepared to open at the declared time, then displaying 11:00 AM as the opening hour is misleading to customers. It wastes customers’ time and demonstrates a disregard for basic service standards. Such behavior damages the reputation of your brand and raises concerns about overall management at this outlet. I expect a clear explanation for this lapse and to be informed of the corrective action taken against the concerned staff or management. Kindly treat this matter with urgency and ensure strict adherence to official store timings henceforth. Please do not respond with a generic apology.
