Ac is not working it is very hot on 1st floor, the chicken has no seasoning, fries has no seasoning. I informed the person at the counter to on the ac and he said it's not working and asked us to shift to other place as the ac repair guy has not come to repair for a long time. This is not the standard KFC maintains I expect better quality and service. I will never recommend anyone to come to this KFC outlet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I believe in cusomer service industry employees are the one who makes the brand flourish. I visited this branch and there was this employee named "Sargam P" , she was so welcoming and guided me with latest menu options which not only helped me to experiment but also improved their sales.
