I told the kfc staff to give newly cooked chicken but still they gave few alteast 20 min old cooked chieken. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

2 major issues 1. I placed delivery order from kfc app. Restaurant refused to deliver as no delivery person available. No refund received even after 6 days. 2. Ordered from Swiggy. Delivered in 14 mins. Yet everything was cold. On top of that, chicken zinger had chicken piece 50% the size of bun(see your images on website to compare) Boneless strips were about 40% smaller than what I got 2-3 months back. Quality of the store as well as KFC has gone downhill. They are serving sub standard food. I hope it is fixed. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1
