They are simply cheating the online customers... Yesterday i bought one chicken burger and one large popcorn.... In swiggy, it was mentioned that the offer for popcorn (large) for Rs. 179 instead of Rs. 248.. But i got only the large packing cover only, thr quantity was same as medium one and the taste was not good as the coated masala with full of salt, the quantity pic is attached... Also the chicken burger was like poor quality as it has no freshness, hot, poor letuce leaves overall it was a bad experience... Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I visited the KFC store in Mavelikara on March 8, 2025, at 9:45 PM, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered, I noticed that the store was completely empty, yet all the tables were covered with leftovers from previous customers. Despite the absence of other diners, these tables remained uncleaned throughout my visit, reflecting a serious lack of hygiene and basic cleanliness standards. Upon placing my order for strips and choice pieces, I also encountered subpar customer service from the staff. Their attitude was indifferent, and there was no sense of responsibility or professionalism in how they handled customers. The overall lack of cleanliness and employee negligence raises major concerns about the management and operational standards of this franchise. It is a basic hygiene practice for staff to clean tables once customers leave, ensuring a pleasant and sanitary dining environment for the next guests. However, during my entire visit, the leftover food on tables was ignored, which is completely unacceptable for a globally recognized brand like KFC. If this level of carelessness and mismanagement continues, it will undoubtedly affect the reputation and long-term sustainability of this outlet. I urge the KFC management and higher authorities to take immediate action by addressing these hygiene lapses and improving staff professionalism. Strict monitoring and proper training should be implemented to ensure that employees maintain cleanliness and provide the quality service expected from an international franchise. Customers should feel comfortable and assured of hygiene standards when dining at KFC, and unfortunately, that was not the case at this location.
