If u are not able to handle the rush of the customers then hire some adequate numbers of human resource and give them proper training for the smooth work flow of your outlet Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Honestly, this was one of the worst KFCs I've been to. The food was just bad – some chicken pieces were undercooked, some were overcooked, and none of them tasted right. There was no flavor at all. The order was delayed by 20 minutes. As per KFC's policy, we requested complimentary chicken pieces, and while they did give them, those were also undercooked. The place itself was a mess. The floor wasn’t cleaned, the tap at the washbasin was messy and not fixed properly, and the construction seemed incomplete. There was dust everywhere, and the exterior glass hadn’t been cleaned. To make things worse, they didn’t even turn on the AC until we had to ask them to. The washroom was smelly too, which added to the unpleasant experience. Definitely not what I expect from KFC.
