We had ordered via kfc app within the premisis to dine in, there were 3 persons at the counter but no one bothered to check for our order, we suspected that they hadn't started our order, so we asked them after 10-15 minutes, only at that moment did they check for our order and tell us to wait 10 more minutes, we were in a hurry and this incident caused us to get home late at night. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200

Ordered chicken popcorn and fiery red chicken which is our regular order always, enjoyed it. Then ordered a mud pie , which had a manufacturing date of July 2025 and we know it tasted bad because we always order it. Took it to the counter to get another one which maybe had a recent date on it but employee at the counter said that we cannot give you another one instead after speaking to manager in charge today offered us a complimentary drink (Pepsi). KFC can do better than just offer a small drink. Plus they say their AC is on, but its not. Such a big brand, atleast have your AC running all the time in this hot weather. Disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000
