At Barath City centre mall, we’ve ordered Family bundle, Original chicken (wings,strips,pieces) Burger, popcorn and drinks. 1. Ordered food, we snacked the strips and popcorn no issues. Opened chicken pieces, wings and burger- we found blood stains, pink and raw meat. Raised the issue to the till and they just said sorry. We’ve raised query at what temp they cook it. Replied it’s cooked at 174 degree. Which isn’t the cooking temp suggested by KFC itself. 2. Re ordered the burger, re ordered the chicken.(chicken came back in excellent condition. Wings and Burger chicken was still raw and informed them again. I’ve queried a family nearby, if this is how it’s being served to see if this is my issue.the father of that family replied - I don’t eat from here but I buy popcorn for my kids because of previous bad experiences. Restaurant Hasn’t offered a refund or accepting their flaw, I’ve urged for refund. Agreeing for a refund, I had to wait 5 minutes. Ive kindly declined the refund and we left the restaurant with a note given to the Manger stating “Please be careful when cooking food. Salmonella is real.” I would like the urge the managers to ensure internal temp is thoroughly checked before serving to the customers. #KFCIndia. Tried the Classic Zinger Box Meal at this KFC, and honestly, it was disappointing. The Zinger patties and wings were red, which clearly shows poor quality control. When I mentioned it, the manager gave all sorts of excuses saying it’s frozen chicken or the marinade but it didn’t really address the issue. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

KFC serves delicious and flavourful chicken in every outlet. I have visited the one at City Centre Mall in Mangalore many times and always loved the atmosphere. It’s a quick and easily accessible spot for anyone visiting the mall to enjoy delicious chicken with a variety of dishes. Overall, I have had a great experience every time I visited.
