I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. The digital menus weren’t working, and they had no paper backups, leaving customers in the dark about what’s actually available. To make matters worse, they claimed they had no small or medium containers, essentially forcing us to buy the largest (and most expensive) sizes. The atmosphere was even worse: the lights were off, making it feel like a cave where we had to use phone torches to see our food. There were also flies throughout the dining area. For a major food chain, the lack of basic maintenance and hygiene is unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
