I recently visited KFC and was quite disappointed with my dining experience. I redeemed a coupon that promised an extra burger with the Ultimate Bucket, but instead of receiving the advertised value, I encountered several issues. The portion sizes were noticeably reduced—both the drinks were served in much smaller sizes than expected, and even the number of chicken pieces in the Ultimate Bucket was cut down. It felt as if the promotion came at the expense of quality and quantity, undermining the overall meal experience. Using a coupon should enhance the dining experience, not detract from it. Unfortunately, the reduction in both the drink portions and chicken pieces left me feeling misled and frustrated. I believe that promotions should offer added value without compromising the quality or quantity of the food.
