I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience at the KFC outlet in Phoenix United Mall The burger bun was burnt, showing zero quality. Fries were served cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. The hot wings had a disturbing black texture inside and tasted spoiled, raising serious concerns about food safety. The zinger burger had a chewy, rubber-like chicken piece, completely unfit to eat. Only the spicy krisper burger was ok for which I am giving a star This is a major letdown from a global brand like KFC. Serving such poor-quality and potentially unsafe food is irresponsible. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action. I would not recommend this outlet under any circumstances.
