Very poor service at this KFC branch. The branch manager’s attitude was highly unprofessional and the staff was not cooperative at all. The way customers were treated was unacceptable. On top of that, the AC was not working, which made the dining experience extremely uncomfortable. This is not the level of service expected from a brand like KFC. Very disappointing.
