EDIT- Thanks to team KFC for taking the matter seriously and providing quick resolution, Thanks to the store manager Mr. Raju, for coordinating so well. Great work KFC. Very bad experience, Ordered 2x veg longer burger combo * 2 (total 4 burgers) via Swiggy, but received only 2 burgers, Contacted restaurant/delivery partner but none picked up call. Scam outlet, will report it every possible place, don't visit or order from here. Strict NO. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

At the outlet at Baguiati, we were met with very unsatisfactory customer service. Firstly, the person at the counter handed us the wrong order, which was still excusable but when my partner and I went down to sit together, we were approached by the person at the counter who commented on our proximity in a very questionable and rude tone saying, "There's a CCTV, okay? Don't do anything that will cause trouble." As if we were doing something extremely licentious when in reality we were just sitting close and I gave my partner a very casual hug because he gave me a good news regarding his career. The tone of the statement really upset us and turned our experience of dining very sour. I totally understand that some people might be uncomfortable with these things but there are more civil ways to say these things and we would definitely understand. He used a very accusatory tone like an insult. It was very distressing for me, especially, and I didn't even want to have the food there but we had already ordered. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

very bad behaviour of staffs they are super lazy and uses slang words every now and then. very late services and behaviour also uses weeds stuff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
