I visited this KFC outlet on February 8th and attempted to make a payment. The amount was deducted from my account, but the bill was not generated. It has been nearly two months, and I still haven't received a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, the manager (Sayan Sen) keeps giving vague assurances like, "You'll get it in two days," but nothing has been done. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Such poor customer service is unacceptable. If KFC cannot handle payment issues properly, how can customers trust them? I strongly advise others to be cautious while making payments at this outlet.
