Poor sitting arrangements, poorer service and mindless menu! The leg space is worse than an economy Indigo flight. Staff is hardly bothered about your waiting time and worst of all, the service is pathetic. We visited the place on May 16. We struggled to get a seat till a generous elderly couple shared their table with us. Their order was booked online by their daughter and to our utter surprise, when the lady went up to the counter to ask for a drink which they wanted to pay for, separately, the person behind the counter simply refused, saying it cannot be ordered separately like that. I requested on their behalf saying it would be such a nasty thing to do to a customer, but to no avail. Our waiting time itself was so long that my wife nearly missed her train. Overall, I will recommend to avoid KFC Sealdah Station outlet. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The chicken strips were so hard, we cannot chew them. AC seems to be not working. Not a good experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For me this is the worst outlet of kfc I have tried. Food was not worthy at all. Chickens seems as not fresh. Washroom is not cleaned and smelly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chizza French Fries Double Chicken Burger
