I had a delivery order large bucket with small bucket for a family treat in my home, after delivery i found few strips are missing from the bucket... so i contacted the Restaurant associate and shared my embarrassment as i had kept my guests waiting. He responded very promptly to resolved my problem and again send my remaining foods as per my order. I am grateful for your fast response, Your speedy assistance had made my day much easier, thank you I haven’t seen such issue resolver in a long time.... I would love to Dine-in very soon and thank to the KFC Bengal Peerless Branch.... Order no. K740A55471 WORST EXPERIENCE! My husband had ordered from the Wednesday special menu at around 8 pm. It's 11.10 pm now and the food has STILL not arrived at my location. On top of that, neither the delivery person picks up his phone, not the customer care helpline respond properly Really disappointing service from such a huge brand!!! Service: 1

Hi, I recently visited your KFC this outlet and was disappointed with the experience. The ambience was not up to KFC standards, and the food quality was below expectations compared to other KFC locations. I would not recommend this outlet based on my visit.
