If you happen to be around Baba Vishwanath Mandir, visit this restaurant. It's time to relax and try good crispy fries, grilled chicken and fried chicken burgers. We visited kfc diamond plaza outlet on 10th March 2025 at around 5:50pm. Placed an order at 6:03 pm paid for it and then waited. 10 minutes passed 15 minutes passed 20 minutes passed but there was no sign of our order. Also the outlet was very less crowded. After 25 minutes when we enquired about the order the lady at the counter took out out reciept which had not been given for preparation and told us to wait for 5 more minutes. When finally the food arrived it was also disappointing. Cold and hard chicken popcorn the burger wass dry and out of two coffes we ordered one had lesser quantity. Pic attached. Overall a very bad experience with bad service and bad food as well. Request to kfc management to please look into the issue. Thanks Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600
