KFC’s tagline proudly claims "It’s Finger-Lickin’ Good," but based on my recent experience, it should be "It’s Finger-Lickin’ Cold." I didn’t order a meal from Antarctica, yet somehow, my wrap felt like it had been cryogenically preserved, and the burger? Might as well have been stored in a meat locker. The only thing that wasn’t borderline frozen was the rice bowl, and even that was just meh at best. Serving food this cold is borderline inhumane—nobody craves a chicken meal that tastes like it was defrosted five minutes before serving. I left more than half untouched, not because I was full, but because I refuse to subject myself to the culinary equivalent of disappointment. Highly disappointed with the service and the chicken. The fact that we ordered special pieces , paid extra for it but given random pieces was such a turn off. To make matters worse the chicken was so dry and hard, its hard to miss that the chicken was not freshly prepared. This is not acceptable at all.
