Disappointed with service at KFC Karur I had a poor experience today with my takeaway order (Token No. 189). The screen showed my order was ready, but I had to wait for more than 25 minutes. They were serving the next token (190) while mine was still incomplete. My order was for 2 Veg Zinger Burgers — only one was prepared, and the staff didn’t clearly inform me what went wrong. Even after multiple follow-ups, I didn’t get a proper response. Very disappointed with the delay and lack of honesty from the staff.
