Dear KFC Team, I’ve always been a loyal KFC customer and genuinely enjoy your food, but today’s experience at your Z Square, Kanpur outlet was extremely disappointing and upsetting. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff member Mehnaz was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I politely asked twice, “May I place my order?” and she simply ignored me both times without any response or acknowledgment. Confused, I then asked, “Should I place my order here, or do you have a digital kiosk I should use instead?” At that point, she looked at me in a way that made me feel like I was standing there to eat for free as if taking my order was some kind of burden or favor she was doing for me. Her attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and made me feel deeply embarrassed in front of others. Without saying a word, she walked away and passed my order to another staff member, showing no basic courtesy or respect. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from someone representing a global brand like KFC. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken, because this is not the KFC experience I’ve come to expect. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 2
