Today we bought a bucket takeaway and the lady at the counter served it very badly. They show something and deliver something...we paid full amount and it's not an offer day...they y do you serve badly to customers. We bought on 24/2/26 in the evening. we bought a bucket having count of 4 big pieces ...they gave 2 big pieces only ...... Food: 1 Service: 1

Today I went for a dine in around 7.30 pm.i booked from the kiosk since nobody was there at the counter.But the print will be taken from counter only.After some time person came at counter and started the booking at counter.So I asked for my print.He came the print after some time. Mean while another lady who came for dine in came and complained that its already above 20 mnts.Then guy at the counter told If u want I will give back your money.But we are preparing the order. I saw 3 girls taking and one girl is taling to zomato and swiggy guys ans giving preference to them.Kiosk serial number starts with 66 ..Counter no starts with 34 ..and it is confusing whether our turn was when.So I asked the girl whether they got print.First gal didnt respond.But she can answer swiggy guy. Again they called the number just before me.I waited for another 10.minutes.So I asked second girl whether they received the print.Note they have not delivered two orders before last order Second gal told she received nd asked cant u see this is the bill turned furiously and banged the parcel on the tablemThen I reacted .I told that girl If u cannot serve and behave politely to customer its better dont be in that position.she shouted and told me she dont care If i complain.One guy took her inside the cabin.Again she furiously came back for second time and told she dont care If I complain.When I asked the staff what is the name of that girl staff he told dont know. This kind of staff they keep for an international brand.I will never ever visit KFC kannur and eat from KFC If theu dont address my complaint properly. I recommend and give five star rating for RAK chicken in the same locality.Very good staff and reasonable price. I tried to contact the manager number given in website.Same guy at the counter is attending. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
