I am extremely disappointed with the service at KFC – 82 East SRMT Mall, Sarpavaram, Kakinada. The staff behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They are asking customers for their mobile phones and posting fake Google reviews themselves instead of allowing genuine customer feedback. This is unethical and misleading. Additionally, the staff behavior towards customers and even Swiggy delivery partners is very rude. They are not packing orders properly, items are missing or poorly packed, and when we raise complaints, there is no proper support or resolution provided. This outlet is damaging the brand reputation of KFC. Management must immediately investigate this issue and take strict action against the responsible staff at the Kakinada Sarpavaram branch. Very bad service and worst customer experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
