The staff is incredibly rude here. I have visited KFC's at almost all the major cities all over India but I have had the worst customer experience of my entire life in a restaurant in KFC Jorhat. Even though items are available the staff denies availability, once when asked about a certain food item they told me that it was unavailable but after sometime I saw the same item being served to someone else and when asked about it the staff was unwilling to answer any of my questions. A lady there taking orders is unresponsive and rude and this is not just a one time incident, I have visited this place multiple times and everytime I get the same customer service experience. I thought KFC values its customers but this KFC at Jorhat certainly doesn't. Worst dining and takeway experience, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend KFC to hire a professional staff who knows customer service or train the existing staff well.
