On my first visit, I used the drive-thru service and had to wait approximately 45 minutes for my order to be prepared. Although the waiting time was extremely long, I chose to ignore it at the time, assuming it may have been an isolated incident. However, during my second visit, when I chose to dine in, I experienced the same issue again with an unreasonable delay in receiving my order. This repeated occurrence has caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the expected standard of service.
