Pathetic food served by KFC Gandhi Nagar….. The Burger was too cold to eat after picking up order from their Resturant …. They are pathetic in food quality….. @KFC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Even at the 31 december they were serving moderately warm food ....when it should be fresh hot ...I ordered a bucket in which there were 4 pc smoking hot and 2pc hot and crispy and 2 pc chicken wings .....all were luke warm and when asked they didn't even replied..... after that I ordered burger which was cold and when asked they told me the buns are not supposed to be heated up and the cheese slice is also just put inside not even little melted because they crispy chicken stuffing was also cold ......they didn't had black Pepsi but it was showing in there cart .....so they should have removed it from there menu as people are being deceived .....our combo had two cold drink also that's why I got to know this ...... you'll get a large pepsi in combo and one small which is not mentioned anywhere while you order and they even do not have mojito mountain dew but it was also showing in there cart......after eating the food i went to use the washroom as I was feeling uncomfortable......let me describe there washroom too.....there is rust in there washbasin,no tissues,no hygiene,not even the toilet seat was cleaned properly it was 1pm when I went there not even night so they can't say itna washroom use hua ke sir hum saaf nhi kr skte , the pipe of the washbasin also had rust......the Dustbin outside the toilet was full with trash which was not disposed......it should have been empty as soon as it gets full........over all pathetic experience......i spent almost 1100 rs for a pathetic experience on 31dec 2025 over there ..... thankyou... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Its been 15 minutes since i have placed my order and have asked Staff to clean my table as garbage was still lying on the table .. no body came to clean it up .. very poor and unprofessional service .. very unhygienic .. More over to that i have orderd through kiosk installed here and after 20 minutes when i asked for my order they told me that you have to confirm that order at their reception after i have ordered through kiosk and payment was also done .. Great .. Nice work KFC .. Service: 1
