Staff is very rubish..... 1 Star Terrible customer service at KFC Jalandhar! Visited this outlet recently and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They behaved as if they were doing us a favour by taking our order. No greetings, no courtesy, and when we politely asked a question about the menu, the staff responded with arrogance and attitude.
