Very poor experience at this outlet. Visited on a Saturday evening for a takeaway order. The self-service kiosk was not accepting orders, and the cash counter was overcrowded. When I checked with the executive, I was told that one of the items was out of stock, which caused the kiosk to stop taking orders. If items are unavailable, the kiosk should clearly display them as out of stock instead of blocking the entire ordering process. At the counter, I was informed that it would take around 30 minutes to deliver the order and that multiple menu items were unavailable. Experiencing such stock shortages and long delays on a peak Saturday evening reflects poor planning and inventory management. Customer handling at the counter was also unsatisfactory. Due to the lack of clarity, delays, and poor service, I left without making a purchase. This outlet seriously needs better operational management. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
