1/5 Stars I visited the KFC outlet at Cube Stop Food Plaza on 25th December and ordered bucket meal for dine in. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant delay in receiving my order. The staff informed me that they were short-staffed, which resulted in a backlog of orders. I waited for 35 mins before receiving my food, which was longer than expected. While the food quality was up to KFC's usual standards, the delay was inconvenient and frustrating. I understand that staffing issues can arise, but as a customer, it's disappointing to experience the impact of these issues firsthand. I hope KFC takes steps to address their manpower shortage and improve their service efficiency. The entire restaurant is managed by 1 Chef and 1 Cashier. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic. The staff was super slow in action and did not care a bit about customers waiting to receive their orders. I had to wait for 35 mins to receive my order of Tandoori zinger. There were few more customers like me who were waiting simply because they had ordered something that was not a running item. While I was waiting at the counter for my order, I heard the staff that was taking orders informing other customers that only item that they could get quickly was veg. zinger. Having set up an outlet on the national highway, they should be ready for customers coming anytime and placing orders but the staff here looked highly under trained and careless. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
