I had my worst customer experience from KFC chain at this outlet. The staff doesn't know what or how the requests are to be handled from customer. I have ordered 2 takeaways with a soft drink included. I would atleast expect a good packaging to carry it all the way to my destination. But what I have received was just in paper wraps, when asked for a takeaway packaging they said that is how it is given to all the customers. There's no paper bag atleast provided to the customers for a take away. I seriously want this to be resolved from here and the staff says that it is how we serve everyone and you are not special to us. I would like to know how such people are being into the customer service sectors. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out Price per person: ₹200–400
