Very worst experience at KFC Singanallur. Waited 45 minutes for my order, even though the system showed “Ready for Dine In” 20 minutes earlier. When asked, the staff responded rudely saying it wasn’t ready. Completely misleading and unprofessional. The table was already used and left uncleaned. From the time I sat down until I finished eating and left, no one came to clean it. Staff were busy chatting instead of attending customers. This branch seriously needs better management and accountability. Extremely disappointing service. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Raining here then food is delivered this condition roll not assemble properly worst experience it's not 1st time it's almost 9th time I think then why I'm reapting this because it's only near by my house then I'm expecting one good experience nothing happened my 540 is waste i need refund i throw entire food to my dog

I have order hot and crispy chicken from zomato and food quality was not good and it was cooked 2 or 3 hours before no heat was there. Oil smell was strong and I felt like eating baji, real baji will be good comparing to this chicken For this zomato gave 60 rs as refund it is not about money it is about food quality and how it should be given If you are not able to compete the order then you must have cancel my order Instead of giving low quality food 5x safety should be given to food quality not for parcel cover KFC. Food: 1
