Most worsted service. Even if you order on thereapp or any other app like Zomato or swiggy they maximum delaying the food. I had experienced 4 hours delay (not on Wednesday) on there own app delivery after 4 hours when I reach the restaurant they didn’t even prepared my order and one of there staff say one item is on the way and I didn’t even ordered separately and on the same time one guy arrived and asking my order number and simply laughing and saying today if I need to go to this delivery. If they can’t satisfy their own customer why they …..! Even if you ordered on Zomato and need to call restaurant regarding your order they say it’s wrong number I’m old staff of kfc I don’t know current number of kfc like that . How could we track our order even you facing too much delay!?. When you choose dine in on Wednesday after the queue they say no Wednesday offer on today like that. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

I had a terrible experience at KFC. The service was extremely slow — I had to wait far too long just to get a simple order. The staff didn’t seem organized, and there was no sense of urgency. By the time I got my food, it wasn’t even fresh. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the wait. I expected better from a big brand like KFC. Not going back anytime soon. Had the worst experience ordering from KFC Thudiyalur through swiggy. First they took more than an hour to deliver two burgers, one fries and a mirinda. The outlet is not more than 2km from my place. Next when the order arrived, mirinda was missing from my order and the burgers were of worst quality. The chicken seemed very old, looks like they use the old chicken for swiggy orders. And the he burger had next to zero vegetables. Service: Delivery Food: 1
