In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked chicken biryani, fried chicken and filet américain here. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. I visited this KFC outlet today. When I first approached the counter staff with a doubt regarding payment, she unexpectedly assumed that I was a Swiggy or Zomato delivery person. This made me feel extremely disrespected and undervalued. After that, I explained who I was and clarified my concern. Later, I placed an order that included a beverage. However, I was not provided with a straw. Even after requesting one, a staff member simply refused to provide it without giving any proper explanation or valid reason. While I was having my food, the same staff member came to me and asked for my mobile number. She then sent a private message from her personal number containing a “feedback link” and asked for my phone to submit a self-rating for the outlet, without informing me properly. I refused to hand over my phone and clearly stated that I would give a one-star rating to the outlet due to these serious acts of misconduct and unprofessional behavior. After this, she left without offering any apology or clarification. AC was also turned off. I felt too humid and hot there. They wantedly turned the Air Conditioner Off I strongly condemn this behavior. I sincerely hope and expect that such misconduct will not occur again in the future. Poor service internet not working no cooling, fried chicken wings where small and uncooked , zinger burger and fries where good so I gave 2 star, I hope they improve there service,internet , cleanliness(hand wash area) and staff experience. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
