Extremely bad service, after waiting for more than 45 minutes for food there was no update on how long more it would take and they acted cool by offering to refund the amount. And that too it was not that crowded. This is not the 1time I’m having the same experience of unrealistic delays at Sharath City KFC outlet at food court!
