Ordered via KFC App from KPHB branch. Waited 2+ hours, order never delivered. Store staff were rude and claimed order not received. Completely unacceptable. Order was never delivered, yet KFC KPHB store falsely marked it as Delivered. Store staff also stated they never received the order. This is a case of misrepresentation and service deficiency.
