Visited the outlet around 9:30 PM today and had a disappointing experience. The AC was switched off, making the place stuffy and uncomfortable despite it being a dine-in restaurant. The floor was visibly dirty with stains, giving the place an unhygienic feel. When we asked the staff on duty about the AC, we were given an unconvincing explanation that it was off because the handwash area wasn’t working and that it was cool outside. Overall, the ambience was far from welcoming, and it certainly didn’t feel like a place you’d want to sit and enjoy your meal. Definitely needs better cleanliness and customer service standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was dingy, smoke filled and also it did not look clean. There was just one person who was taking order did not give me receipt and ask me to pay on her personal number. Which is very highly suspicious. Burger she made was without using gloves . In all it was very off. This is have not expected from international brand like KFC. Waited for two weeks for KFC to take some action but sadly nothing is done. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the worst maintained KFC, Visited on 15th April 2025 , literally it is scorching summer outside and these guys are not ready to switch on the AC's, the staff behaviour seems that they are not interest with the service , finally no specifications as mentioned and full of mosquitoes and dry chicken , what not, you name it and have it.. worst experience, if you are planning visit please try somewhere else Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
