One of the worst maintained KFC, Visited on 15th April 2025 , literally it is scorching summer outside and these guys are not ready to switch on the AC's, the staff behaviour seems that they are not interest with the service , finally no specifications as mentioned and full of mosquitoes and dry chicken , what not, you name it and have it.. worst experience, if you are planning visit please try somewhere else Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Online service is very poor and i dont suggest anyone to go for online delivery from this store. Will take more than 90min for delivery to happen even 2-3kms of range. Tried contacting store and the phone number was wrong. Luke warm dishes and i dont expect hot from here. KFC has to stop online deliveries to this store. Swiggy Zomato will deliver faster. WORST KFC OUTLET EVER – SUNCITY BRANCH IS A JOKE! This place seriously needs to rethink what “customer service” even means. Tried calling multiple times — Mr. Vishnu, whose number is listed for assistance, is completely unreachable. What’s the point of a contact number if nobody’s ever going to answer? As for their “60% OFF” offer, it’s a total scam. The moment your bill includes a 6, they reject the order without explanation. It’s not a coincidence — it’s a clear pattern. They're playing games with customers and hiding behind fake promotions. And don’t expect the food to save the day either — it’s below average, nowhere near KFC standards. Greasy, tasteless, and often cold. Avoid this outlet. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally any other place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
