"Disappointing Experience at KFC, Rajeev Gandhi International Airport I've been a long-time fan of KFC, but my recent visit to the airport outlet was a disaster. The service was slow, and it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our order. To make matters worse, the staff failed to keep us updated on the status. But the most alarming issue was the food quality. I ordered two large Chicken Popcorn meals on February 26, 2025, which unfortunately led to food poisoning. I'm still recovering, and shockingly, one of my co-passengers and his daughter are currently hospitalized due to the same issue. This experience was truly pathetic, and I hope KFC takes immediate action to address their quality control and customer service standards. Had ordered bucket crispy chicken of 6 pieces just before boarding our flight to kochi airport from KFC Hyderabad Airport around 2pm on 26/02/2024. Disheartened to have made a choice of selecting kfc thinking that it would maintain quality. We could just taste the flour taste and the chicken was not fresh.Had stomach ache and discomfort.
