I recently visited your [KFC Nacharam , Value Zone] and ordered [EPIC savers 9 pcs]. While I usually enjoy your food, I found that the items served were excessively oily this time. The oiliness affected both the taste and overall experience, making it feel quite heavy and unpleasant. Opinion is, I found the taste to be very poor and disappointing. We'd ordered from here on April 23rd 2025, but the order was later cancelled by them. We still haven't received our refund even after reaching out to them and visiting the store several times. We've tried complaining to their emails and social medias along with all the receipts and proofs, but to no avail. They aren't refunding our money back. We have no other option but to reach out to consumer court now. EDIT: Hope this is an automated response from your side, because your reply doesn't make any sense, as I've already mentioned that I've complained to the said email but received no support or response whatsoever.
