Had a really bad experience at this KFC. The staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and seemed completely disinterested. Their dead-eye stares and careless attitude made me feel unwelcome. It felt like they didn’t want to be there — and didn’t want customers either. Totally disappointing for a brand like KFC. Would not recommend this outlet @kfc

The golden zinger burger was highly uneasy to eat. Employees don't know about the product. I was told that the burger is smooth while consuming but it was spicy. Tray was out of shape. No uniform Head cap and gloves were not used. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

Impolite cashier (male). Customer Service 101: You talk to your customers patiently and not shout at them. Not for something very trivial, at least. Made us wait for 15 min proper to take an order. Did not accept cash as he had no change. Did not accept card either. Started arguing when asked to cancel; policing on "decency", ironically enough. Looks severely understaffed, especially at the rush hour. Unclean and bad bad ambience. They don't clean the tables unless asked. 0/10. Wouldn't recommend. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
