I’m writing this review to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience my family and I had at this KFC outlet. We visited the store recently to simply inquire whether they serve softy ice cream. It was a casual and polite question, but to our shock, one of the lady employees responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. Her tone was aggressive, her body language unwelcoming, and the way she handled our query made us feel completely disrespected and humiliated. It wasn’t just a case of someone having a bad day — her behavior was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. We were not expecting five-star hospitality, but basic courtesy and respect are the bare minimum in any customer-facing environment. Her reaction made our entire family feel uncomfortable and very upset. It ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant outing. We left the store without making a purchase, not because they didn’t serve softy, but because of how poorly we were treated. KFC is a globally recognized brand known for its service and consistency, which is why this experience was even more disappointing. If staff cannot handle a simple customer inquiry without being rude or dismissive, it raises serious concerns about the training, management, and customer service standards at this particular outlet. We hope the management takes this review seriously, identifies the employee in question, and takes appropriate action — not just for our sake, but for the many other customers who might face the same kind of treatment in the future. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, especially in a place that’s supposed to offer comfort food and a family-friendly environment. Until we see signs of improvement in staff behavior and customer handling, we will not be returning to this outlet and would not recommend it to anyone else. I have to 1star but they don’t even deserve that! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience…….they will take to much time to deliver the order and simply they will throw there mistakes on delivery patner’s that to chicken also not well cooked don’t keep order from this branch I really experienced this today. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600
