Very unexpected service at kfc Hapur!!!! We were asked to open google and the staff named Pinky randomly started to write good reviews by herself from my phone and when I took back my phone and questioned her that she should ask about how was the service rather than taking my phone and writing review herself, she bluntly replied thats how its done here. Moreover the AC in the place is not working properly.Food was no doubt good. An international brand like KFC should train their staff well before hiring. Such unprofessional behaviour can not accepted. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
