I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. I ordered a Strips Combo and a burger, and to my surprise, the chicken strips were extremely salty — completely inedible. I politely informed the staff about it, expecting at least an acknowledgment or a replacement. Instead, I was met with denial and shockingly poor customer service. Rather than addressing the issue, one of the staff members dismissed my concern and told me to “just eat it.” I had paid ₹450 for this meal, and being treated this way is unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for anything extra — just basic respect and quality for what I paid. For reference, my Order ID is 91KDIPL527-01. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
