Very disappointing experience at KFC Kalapahar, Lokhra Road, Guwahati. The ACs were not working, and there was no fan at all in the restaurant. We had to sit for more than an hour in the scorching heat, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. What’s worse, the staff informed us after we had already placed our order, and they mentioned that the problem had been there for several days but still wasn’t fixed. The sitting arrangement was also poor, and the Chicken Bucket was full of salt — it didn’t even taste like KFC’s usual recipe. Overall, this outlet is a complete waste of money. The AC of KFC not working. No Hospitality. When asked to ON the AC they told the AC are not working with a smiling face. Pathetic condition of this KFC.
