I am Shanmugha Sundaram i have ordered boneless wings on 8.1.2026.order serv ID 9AEDCZ Once I ordered the person confirmed the order on call but for confirmation he asked the OTP IF OTP NOT SERVED HE WOULD CANCEL THE ORDER BEING MY SON HAS NOT EATEN ANDVIT A LATE HOURS I HAVE GIVEN THE OTP, WITHOUT TAKING ALTERNATIVE.. THE ORDER WAS SOO LATE BEFORE AN HOUR OF DELIVERY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE AS IT IS DELIVERED. I AM SHOCKED ONCE I CALLED THE NUMBER WHO ASKED FOR OTP HE SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED SIR WAIT.,, LATER A PERSON ON KFC DRESS APPROACHED ME AND HANDED THE ORDER WHICH WAS UNABLE TO HAVE, ITS NOT WELL COOKED THERE THE KFC SPECIAL CRISPY IS WET AND THERE SEEMS LIKE OLD CHICKEN MEAT WAS SERVED .... BE AWARE CUSTOMER DON'T DO THE MISTAKE WHAT I DID AND DON'T GO TO THE KFC OPP TO KONIAMMAN TEMPLE THE PEOPLE WHO SERVED ME THE ORDER AND AWARE THANKING U Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
