I ordered the KFC OCus Medley on 7th November at 7 PM, and the expected delivery time was 8:42 PM. However, I did not receive the order, nor did I get any refund. What’s more disappointing is that customer care was completely unhelpful—they couldn’t resolve the issue at all. The store manager and store contact number were also unavailable, making the situation even more frustrating. This experience feels like a fraud or scam, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
