This happenee with me today. This KFC has a terrible staff. First i was made to wait 30 minutes for a simple cold cappuccino order. Then when my order was processes and i made the payment, i was told she (KFC staff) would initiate a refund. This was done to accomodate a single order which had already taken 30 minutes for one meal. Even then i was cool. But they tried to charge me higher for the next transaction of the same order a single coffee. When i asked for the reason, the staff was rude and cancelled my order altogether. The corporate should be aware of the type of employees they hire as the employees are the representative of the company. Pathetic customer service and rude staff.
