That single star is also a waste for this outlet. No hygiene is maintained, and food poisoning occurred after eating food from this outlet. The person who prepares food does not wear hand gloves; he touches every surface with the same hand, his sweat falls in food particles. No face mask and coughing while food preparation. The packing person scratches their nose and mouth with the same hand, without gloves, and packs food with that same hand. The outlet is full of houseflies and lacks housekeeping. I ordered food on June 6, 2025, from this outlet; I still don't know how many people have suffered from food poisoning. I request KFC higher authorities to look into this outlet. Pathetic , thoroughly unprofessional , went for a quick lunch , they don't have the items they ve been advertising about , there are two employees on the desk and are only concerned about online orders rather than dine in , waited nearly 20 mins and they haven't cared to give me a menu card as the screens are off and have not indulged in a conversation that would help me in ordering food , all in all a bitter and bad experience to suffice
