I recently visited this KFC and had a disappointing experience. The quality of the food was subpar—some of the chicken pieces served looked old and tasted off, with an unpleasant, rusty flavor. It was evident that the food wasn't fresh, which is concerning for a brand like KFC that typically prides itself on its quality. The service was equally underwhelming. The staff seemed uninterested in providing a good customer experience, and it took an unnecessarily long time to receive our order. No going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

When I asked for a Chicken Roll, I was informed that it would take 20 minutes to prepare, and the staff pushed me to order a more expensive dish instead. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning or even a fan made my dining experience uncomfortable, and I found myself eager to leave throughout my meal.
