Kfc staff was too rude & harsh behaviour. The maintenance was too worst. The tables are not cleaned. Food was cold and chicken was not cooked properly. The chicken was very bad.Kfc staff was very bad.we ordered a bucket of hot wings. Hot wings are not available. They didn’t inform us before. We asked them to change for refund or popcorn. They didn’t allow us. Never visit this kfc… too worst worst worst. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Worst ever experience had at any KFC. Staff service was absolutely terrible and disgusting, as if they were tight slapped to work for free in their overtime. It resembles as if the place is about to shutdown , drinks machine out of order however they continue to take orders for drinks and keep you waiting till you finish the food. Short staffed and only 1 working self order kiosk for ordering while other staff just sit back and relax because they don’t want to man the second kiosk, though it’s said to be operational. They don’t want to take orders at the counter. They operate on “Order at Kiosk and Pay at Counter” model , so that you can stand in 2 queues and spend your time We have better operated peers in guntur. Highly suggest to avoid especially this Lakshmipuram KFC To add on the top about the quality of food, the Veg burger had caused diarrhoea and needed medication to recover.
