Gorakhpur City Mall branch has KFC. I am a regular customer. This time the staff service is really careless and irresponsible. Her name is SHIVANI. After repeating the order 2-3 times and after taking a long time, still my order was wrong as while taking the order she was busy gossiping and interested in speaking to a guy from other brand.
