I had a bad experience at this KFC store, even though it wasn’t busy. The food quality was disappointing—fries were overfried and tasted like they were double-fried, and the burger lacked flavor. While KFC claims their food is always freshly prepared, I find that hard to believe at this outlet. The staff was lazy and seems to not bother about quality. It seems like untrained staff are running this store, which reflects poorly on the brand. KFC really needs to check if their quality standards are being met at this location.
