I went there to order some food at kfc and waited at the line patiently, when my turn came, the counter lady told me they didn't have what I was ordering, I changed my order but she kept refusing. And took orders from other local people. (I ordered same from zomato later and received complete order) obviously she did not want to take my order. Maybe she had a problem with my hindi,looks,race or something. But it gave me a bibe that I should not return to this beautiful state again,as I felt the same a few times during my two day stay.. Sikkim culture is very rich, and so are the most people. but seems like they are not good hosts for outsiders... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff behaved like we were getting our orders for free,it's high time you should train them how to speak,this is the second mistreatment incident.And it'd be wonderful if your staff would learn to use card machines,even small shops use it so efficiently
