Worst customer service ever I asked to put hot sauce but incase they put mayonnaise, I asked to put peri peri seasoning they didn't even the price is too expensive according to the value

Extremely Disappointed – Cold Food Delivered! I ordered from KFC expecting hot and fresh food, but what I received was completely cold and unappetizing. I don't understand how a reputed brand like KFC can provide such poor service. This was a terrible experience, and I had no option but to reheat my order myself. Very disappointing! This will be my last order from KFC. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff behaved like we were getting our orders for free,it's high time you should train them how to speak,this is the second mistreatment incident.And it'd be wonderful if your staff would learn to use card machines,even small shops use it so efficiently
