KFC Pelican Plaza Pakka - Vaibhav. POOR QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE. We were there to order food. We were waiting for service person for almost an hour to take our order. All of them were busy in personal talks. When we asked manager (vaibhav) he responded very rudely. When we asked is it your service, he said yes, this is the only best service we give to customers. Also, they gave us wrong, soggy and tasteless food. They deserve less than zero star. It is a big franchise, they should have hired some professional staff especially managers.. when i told to manager that i will post his feedback ,, he said i don't care about it ,,, do whatever you want ,,, seems like its normal thing for him. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
