First off, the chicken. You’d think the KFC would at least get the chicken right — but no. What I got was a soggy, greasy mess that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the previous afternoon. The “crispy” coating was limp, the meat was dry in places and oddly undercooked in others, and the whole thing left a film of oil in my mouth that not even a gallon of Pepsi could wash away.
