Actually me and my sister got there and we stood in line for 10 mins straight and when we finally got to order our food the staff told us to wait 10 mins cause they already have 6 bills pending..we were really nice and said it's ok and waited for 10 mins but they took the order of a couple who was behind us at that next minute,we were like wtf...then we again went and stood and ykw? They told us again to wait for 10 mins like r u fr bruh???!...again we waited but they took orders of the people behind usam I a joke to you guys...pls be responsible and give a good customer service to the customers or you guys will lose every customers atp. About the food Burger was nice The wings was not good it was too small and not crispy at all,not hot too.(Why should we get a combo if the wings are going to be this small)...I can just get a burger though!. They should give extra sauce Atmosphere good Waiting time too long Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very Disappointing Service at KFC Erode (22nd May 2025 - 10:00 PM) I had one of the worst experiences at KFC Erode. After placing my order and waiting patiently for 50 minutes, the staff casually informed me that the items I ordered, including the rice bowl and other items, were not available. No prior intimation, no apology, just sheer negligence. The staff on duty showed a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. It’s unacceptable for a reputed brand like KFC to operate with such poor service standards. If items aren’t available, customers should be informed immediately—not left waiting endlessly. This level of mismanagement and disregard for customers is incredibly frustrating. Definitely not ordering from here again.
