KFC burdwan is a cheat they have worst Qualities product, once your money stuck due to their system failure you wont get back I am roaming since 40 days to get help but no feedback worst behaviour by staffs and most probably worst behaviour by manager Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered an ultimate bucket. First of all there was no leg piece and the chicken was a bit old.. not stale but old. Probably from last day leftovers. Chicken was hard, not juicy at all. Overall a bad experience from kfc burdwan. P.S. In the past, I never experienced this type of horrible food from any of the KFC outlet. This time I'm too disappointed with them. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We visited there on March 17th, The customer service is not like what we expected.It's a reputed place but the employees are not that attentive though they should be..Their behavior is not to our liking.. First we were not sure about the drinks.. and then after our food order we decided to order Pepsi The Service Girl made us order by ourselves from the display with a irritating face .. though the whole store was empty and there was no customer other than us. If you want my opinion, the customer service is a mess... Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Rolls
