We have ordered food at 10.35pm in zomato. It will not delivered till 12.00am. we called to KFC, dindigul several times. Did not attend the call after 20 times. And visited shop. We reached shop at 12.05 am. The delivery partner cancelled the order and new delivery partner allocated. He will ready to collect at 12.30am. we conversed with manager of the shop , he still ready to deliver the food after 90 mins after preparing in front of us. Then we collected RGM of dindigul branch Mr Abu . He said that it is completely zomato mistake. We can deliver food after 5 hrs also , it does not bother us. If you have complain , you go with zomato and now get out of kfc shop. He talked very roughly and he said that kfc can deliver food , if it gets spoiled also . I can understand that no one of this shop including RGM also have no knowledge about food. This is KFC food safety.??? Further big concern about KFC quality. The number mentioned in kfc website Dindigul also not correct still ringing... Very worst responsibility and ready to deliver spoiled food. I ask you that KFC is still ready to deliver after 1 to 3 hrs after food preparation??... Your RGM said that KFC have rules to deliver food after 3 hrs of preparation. Very worst food restaurant... We not collected the food. But it shows we received it. Very worst shop ever. So kfc has no proper chef and knowledge about food... Be safe about kfc. Service: Delivery
