The worst online order from kfc website , instead of big 12 i only received small pop sized pieces, no dips which were ordered extra , no coke which was present in the order and when tried to complain they are busy always doesn’t reply and even if they do make fool of as customer and make as wait till the chicken get fungi

I had kfc from this outlet few days back , the customer service is very poor ,, i ask them to clean a table ,,, they dint came to clean it and i cleaned it myself before eating . Worst experience ever.. would never recommend anyone to visit or order food from Kirti nagar’s KFC outlet. I ordered a meal from this outlet and they just kept delaying my order & I just live 2 kms away from this area. I waited for atleast 1 hour 40 minutes for my order and still it kept on showing 17-18 mins delayed, neither do they respond customers phone calls. Wasted my time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
